Maggie is an advocate for nurses. She gives a voice to healthcare professionals in need of support.

Maggie has established herself as an expert in legal advocacy with over 20 years’ experience as a practicing frontline nurse. And in her roles in acute and critical care nursing, she has experienced the threats nurses face firsthand. In her work with the Texas State Board of Nursing as an Investigator, she also witnessed abuses and injustices against nurses who put their lives on the line every time they show up to work.

Maggie is dedicated to protecting those who serve others so selflessly. She is a lifeline for nurses when unethical administration and governing agencies aggress and attack their professional integrity and ethics using nurses as the scapegoats.

Maggie diligently advocates for her clients to ensure they receive their right to due process, every American’s constitutional right, when their licenses and livelihoods are threatened.  Maggie actively listens to your concerns and works diligently alongside you, to ensure that all issues are investigated and analyzed to reach an appropriate resolution using the nurse practice act.
